Privacy Policy (draft)
We process account data (email, profile, posts, comments) to run DrunkedIn. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). You may request export or deletion from account settings. Optional analytics (e.g. Plausible) may collect anonymous usage if enabled by the site operator.
Analytics
If enabled by the site operator, we use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate usage (no cookies and no cross-site tracking). We do not sell personal data.
Anonymous shared-post views
We also count anonymous views of public post URLs (/p/<id>) to detect viral content and help moderation prioritize. These counts are aggregated (per day) and are not tied to a person or a device identifier.
Automated content checks
To reduce abuse, posts and comments may be analyzed by an automated moderation service (e.g. OpenAI Moderation). We do not use this for marketing profiling; it is for safety and queue triage. If automated checks are unavailable, content may still be published but flagged for human review.
If you enable notifications, we send transactional email (e.g. when someone comments on your post) and an optional weekly digest using a delivery provider (e.g. Resend). We store your email address with your auth account; message metadata may be retained by the provider per their retention policy. You can turn off notification emails in account settings, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that does not require a login (GDPR-friendly).
